Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert parts knowledge and exceptional service for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.

The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong selling skills, and ability to operate POS and parts lookup systems. ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory, with full-time hours and a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Operate POS and Parts lookup systems; source from multiple suppliers.
