Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY service functions and expert parts knowledge. The role requires strong automotive system knowledge, customer service, and proficiency with stock lookup systems. ASE certification is preferred, with 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and a valid driver's license.

The position is full-time with responsibilities including inventory tasks, store upkeep, and delivering high-quality service to DIY customers.

Responsibilities

Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.

Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
