Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to assist DIY customers in-store and by phone, leveraging deep parts knowledge and accurate inventory skills. You will support advanced store operations, perform DIY services, and contribute to a high standards of customer care.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in automotive parts, strong selling ability, and ASE knowledge (license preferred). Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past customer transactions fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
