Job summary

The Salvation Army Intermountain Division, Denver HQ, is seeking a Divisional Property Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the division's property portfolio across Colorado and neighboring states. You will lead the Property Department, coordinate capital projects, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, real estate, or related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in property, facilities, construction, contracts, or project management.
• Master's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Professional credentials as licensed real estate professional, contractor, engineer, certified property manager, project manager, or facilities professional preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Successful completion of required background checks and Protect the Mission certification in accordance with Salvation Army policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Property Department and staff.
• Oversee strategic management of divisional real estate assets.
• Coordinate capital projects, renovations, and maintenance.
• Manage contracts, vendor qualifications, and compliance.
• Maintain divisional master property file system and records.
• Communicate with leadership and field units on project status.
• Perform owner representative duties for major projects.
