Entegris, Inc. seeks a Divisional Finance Director for the Formulated Solutions Business Unit in Aurora, IL.

You will partner with the GM and senior leadership to drive strategic financial planning, forecasting, investment analysis, and performance management for a nearly $1B revenue unit. You will lead a finance team, shape capital investments, and deliver executive-level reporting while ensuring governance and financial integrity across a global matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other advanced financial credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to evaluate growth opportunities and investment priorities.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for Formulated Solutions.
• Provide coaching and development for the Formulated Solutions Finance team.
• Ensure governance, controls, and financial integrity in a complex global matrix organization.
