You will deliver business insights, manufacturing performance analytics, and executive reporting to enable data-driven decisions across global manufacturing operations. You will partner with Reporting COE, Plant Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve visibility and support Enterprise-wide Operations Excellence initiatives; requires 3–5+ years in Manufacturing/Operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Finance, Operations Finance, Plant Finance, or Cost Accountant.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and financial performance across manufacturing sites and KPI metrics.
- Support monthly Plant Finance Reviews and consolidate performance reporting for management reviews.
- Conduct manufacturing cost roll analyses, identify cost drivers, trends, and variances.
- Partner with Reporting COE, Plant Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to provide actionable insights and drive improvements.
