Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Lead, Business Development Manager to join the Formulated Solutions team. This remote role requires frequent travel to Aurora, IL, Billerica, MA and Fremont, CA facilities.

You will guide product strategy, coordinate across design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing, translating market needs into product decisions to drive growth and profitability. You will drive growth with key customers, expand portfolios, and lead selective offerings to new markets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Business preferred.
• 8+ years of successful experience in the chemical industry.
• Demonstrated business development capability across lifecycle activities (requirements, roadmap, launch, sustaining).
• Strong commercial and financial acumen (business cases, pricing, margin drivers, and KPI management).
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, quality, sales, marketing) to drive decisions and execution.
• A team leader and team player.
• An energetic experienced professional who has a successful history of developing business and growing companies.
• A person who can manage projects from beginning to closure.
• Travel- up to 50% as required by the customer.
• Capable of learning the chemistries for cleaning, polishing, and etching of wafers for micro processing.
• Experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, Accolades, and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of a defined group of key customers.
• Expand the Entegris portfolio in existing and untapped markets.
• Lead the business development effort to present selective offerings to a non-core customer base.
• Guide product managers on what strategic direction we choose to take with our offerings.
• Bridge sales, marketing, and strategic planning by analyzing market trends to secure long-term revenue and strategic partnerships with clients.
• Visit customers here and abroad as required by the business unit.
• Set a cadence of internal meetings to execute problem solving solutions for existing problems.
• Be part of a team to introduce the newest state-of-the-art consumable products for the FAB market.
