Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks an FP&A Lead for Formulated Solutions to act as a strategic finance partner to CMP Slurries, Pads, and Substrates SBUs. The role focuses on forecasting, planning, performance management, and decision support to translate business priorities into financial plans.

The leader will drive insights from financial data, build investment models, and influence strategic choices while ensuring governance and financial integrity across the unit. Onsite in Aurora, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance and/or FP&A experience.
• Experience supporting global business units and product portfolios within a manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, or industrial environment.
• Experience leading forecasting, budgeting, and reporting cycles as well as financial modeling activities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SBU leaders to develop business insights from financial, operational, and market data.
• Build financial models and business cases to assess investment opportunities, expected returns, risks, and strategic alignment.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities for assigned Strategic Business Units.
• Ensure financial forecasts and business assumptions align with operational objectives and market trends.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting quality, and KPI visibility.
• Support standardization and simplification of finance processes across SBUs.
