Job summary
Entegris in Aurora, IL is seeking an FP&A Lead to serve as the financial partner to the CMP Slurries, Pads, and Substrates SBUs, driving planning, forecasting and performance management. You will translate business priorities into financial plans, build investment models, assess risks, and provide objective recommendations to executives, while helping improve forecasting accuracy and KPI visibility.
This onsite role offers wide collaboration with Corporate Finance, Controllership and Internal
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive finance and/or FP&A experience, ideally supporting a large, global BU.
- Experience supporting global business units and product portfolios within manufacturing/tech/industrial environments.
- Experience leading forecasting, budgeting, and reporting cycles and financial modeling.
Responsibilities
- Partner with SBU leaders to develop insights from financial, operational, and market data.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for assigned SBUs.
- Build financial models and business cases to assess investments and risks.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and performance.
