Job summary

The Salvation Army Cascade DHQ in Happy Valley, Oregon, is seeking a Divisional Data & Reporting Specialist. You will collect, review, and maintain divisional statistics from corps and Service Extension units, ensuring timely submissions and data integrity.

You will train staff on data reporting practices and support data management across WellSky, NSS, Angel Tree, Camp Software, and related systems. Occasional travel and collaboration with DHQ and THQ teams are expected.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional college coursework or degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn data management systems.
Experience in data entry, statistical reporting, and database management preferred.

Responsibilities

Collect, review, and maintain statistical reports from corps and centers across the Cascade Division.
Monitor monthly reporting deadlines and remind units as needed.
Enter and maintain data in CMS and other designated systems; ensure accuracy and completeness.
Provide annual statistical training and ongoing technical assistance to corps and centers.
Support Service Extension data collection, including Angel Tree registration data during the holiday season.
