Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory - Cascade Division is seeking a Divisional Data & Reporting Specialist to provide administrative, statistical, and data management support across the division.

You will collect and verify statistics from corps and Service Extension units, enter data in CMS and WellSky, monitor reporting deadlines, and prepare reports for DHQ and THQ. This role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to train staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional college coursework or a degree in business administration, data management, statistics, information systems, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in data entry, administrative support, recordkeeping, statistical reporting, or database management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with NSS, Angel Tree, Camp Software, WellSky desirable; willingness and ability to learn designated systems is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse backgrounds and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Divisional Statistics and Reporting: Collect, review, and maintain statistical reports from corps and centers throughout the Cascade Division.
• Annual Statistical Training and Refresher: Plan and conduct an annual statistical training or refresher session for corps and center personnel.
• Service Extension Data Management and Reporting: Collect statistical information from Service Extension units and maintain data in WellSky and other designated systems.
• Data Collection and Management: Verify submitted information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency; follow up on missing information.
• Seasonal Angel Tree Registration Support: Assist Angel Tree registration and data entry during Christmas season.
