The Salvation Army seeks a Divisional Data & Reporting Specialist to support statistical reporting for the Cascade Division. You will collect and verify data from corps and Service Extension units, enter information into CMS, WellSky, and related tools, and ensure timely, accurate reporting to DHQ and THQ.

You will also provide annual training and seasonal data support for Angel Tree activities. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong Excel and communication skills,

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred in business, data management, statistics, information systems, or related field.
• Experience with data entry, reporting, and database management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn NSS, Angel Tree, Camp Software, WellSky, and other systems.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, review, and maintain statistical reports from corps and centers across the Cascade Division.
• Monitor reporting deadlines and follow up on missing submissions.
• Enter and maintain data in CMS, WellSky, and other systems.
• Provide annual statistical training and ongoing support to corps and centers.
• Assist with Angel Tree registration and data tasks during the Christmas season.
