Prescott's Med in Monument, CO is seeking a Divisional Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the division while partnering with the General Manager to drive growth and profitability.

This onsite role collaborates with Shared Services and Accounting, shaping financial strategy, pricing, margin analysis, and capital investments using NetSuite and AI-enabled tools to optimize performance and controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the General Manager and divisional leadership with financial insights.
• Partner with commercial teams on pricing strategies, margin analysis, and profitability.
• Collaborate on business planning, investment decisions, and operational initiatives to align with goals.
• Oversee divisional budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with Accounting and Shared Services.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Review divisional financial statements and present metrics to leadership.
• Coordinate between division and Shared Services for billing, A/P, A/R, and month-end close.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Recommend benchmarks and KPIs for divisional success; provide financial modeling for investments.
• Deliver a monthly margin bridge by product line and customer; manage working capital metrics and cash initiatives.
• Use NetSuite as the system of record; NSAW experience is an asset.
• Apply AI and automation to streamline reporting and commentary.
