Job summary

Prescott’s Med is seeking a Divisional Controller to drive financial performance and partner with the General Manager of the division. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and work with centralized Shared Services to ensure accurate, timely financial results.

Responsibilities include collaborating on pricing strategies, margin analysis, and capital investments, while developing internal controls and financial policy. This onsite role in Monument, CO reports to the GM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems; ability to learn new systems.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the GM and divisional leadership with insights.
• Partner with commercial teams on pricing, margins, and profitability.
• Oversee divisional budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with Shared Services.
• Develop financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Present performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure billing, A/P, A/R, and month-end close meet SLAs.
• Mentor FP&A team and drive a high-performing organization.
• Monitor margins, working capital, and cash conversion cycle.
• Use NetSuite for reporting; explore AI-enabled automation.
