Job summary

This leadership role oversees accounting managers and staff, drives month-end close, ensures policy compliance, and partners with operations to support sound business decisions. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• CPA designation or equivalent accounting experience preferred.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Experience with accounting software platforms and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting controls, AR, AP, and GL reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting for designated entities, divisions, and lines of business.
• Provide financial and operational reporting, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage month-end close, including journal entries, reviews, and reconciliations.
• Analyze budgets, standard costs, and actual performance to identify variances.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.
