Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of college in business or sales management preferred.
• CSW, CMS, Cicerone or WSET certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of wine, beer or beverage sales management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Apple devices, Google and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of 58 individuals.
• Train and develop field sales managers, sales representatives, space planning specialists and sales trainees.
• Achieve monthly and annual team sales goals as directed by the Branch Manager.
• Conduct annual and ongoing training with every team member.
• Cover sales routes for reps on PTO or leave if manager unavailable.
• Distribute market feedback to Branch Manager on openings, competition and pricing.
• Run bi-monthly market reviews with field sales managers to discuss opportunities and priorities.
• Support Trade Development with shelf resets, pricing and promotions.
