Athens Services is seeking a Division Vice President to oversee landfill and organics operations in a multi-site environment. You will have full P&L responsibility, ensure safety and operational excellence, and drive improvement across day-to-day operations.

You will lead general managers and cross-functional teams, interact with municipal leaders, and drive revenue growth while controlling costs. The role emphasizes compliance, staff development, and strategic program implementation.

Qualifikationen

• Full P&L responsibility of assigned operations.
• Interact with municipal leadership such as Public Works, City Managers and City Council Members.
• Lead sales and marketing efforts to grow location performance.
• Oversee safety and regulatory compliance across facilities.

• Manage performance of general managers, operations and maintenance managers.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance meeting performance standards and productivity metrics.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility including contract management, revenue growth, cost management, compliance, personnel development, capital projects and budgeting.
• Interact with municipal leadership and council members to align on goals and requirements.
• Drive sales and marketing activities to promote location growth and profitability.
• Manage contracts with municipalities and ensure full compliance; act as contract manager.
• Develop and manage maintenance programs for fleets and audit processes.
• Maximize landfill density and airspace savings through program development.
• Lead waste and composting operations with KPIs to improve quality and throughput.
• Lead organic product sales to ensure profitable movement of products.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and ensure environmental and safety compliance.
