Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales and distribution growth.
• Experience with 3rd party DSD or distributor networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales management activities to execute business plans.
• Manage distributors, broker relationships and monthly/quarterly/annual goals.
• Develop and mentor a high-performance sales team.
