Job summary

Trinchero Family Estates is seeking a Regional Manager for Northern CA to lead market strategy, sales execution, distributor partnerships, and customer development across all channels. This remote role drives growth, programs, and investments to deliver profitable market performance.

You will own regional accounts, develop annual business plans, and oversee promotional calendars while aligning HQ commitments with in-store execution and distributor leadership to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales & marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in luxury wine brands or on-premise sales preferred.
• Proven ability to close deals and grow distribution.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Trinchero business within the assigned geography.
• Deliver volume, revenue, distribution, profit, and execution objectives.
• Develop annual customer plans and promotional calendars.
• Lead pricing, assortment, display, and programming strategies and execution.
• Partner with distributor leadership to drive execution and measure results.
• Represent the company as the senior sales leader within the market.
