Trinchero Family Estates in the East Bay area seeks a Regional Manager to lead all channels, drive commercial performance, and align market execution with distributor leadership.

You will own the business in your geography, set annual plans, guide pricing and programming, and coach a team while traveling frequently. This role reports to the Sales department and offers remote work with travel across the region.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury brand or on-premise sales.
• Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and premium beverage trends.
• Proven track record of growing distribution for premium brands through distributor networks.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Own the overall Trinchero business within the assigned geography and drive volume, revenue, distribution, profit, and execution objectives.
• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans aligned with company priorities.
• Lead distributor planning, execution, audits, and market execution with leadership partners.
• Manage strategic customer relationships across all channels and expand distribution.
• Use tools (MS Office, KARMA, TAP, Datassentials, Circana, Power BI) to create fact-based selling stories and track programs.
