Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or relevant technical field is required.
• Proven success managing capital projects in a manufacturing setting with significant budget responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and oversight to the division's projects and resources.
• Lead division capital program planning and annual operating plan execution.
• Mentor and develop division engineers and plant engineers.
• Ensure safety culture and environmentally compliant processes in projects.
• Manage engineering department staffing, budget, and performance metrics.
