Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking a Division President for the Boulder/Denver market. The DP will direct division staff, manage client service levels and financial goals, and collaborate with Home Office teams to service clients effectively.

The role requires residence in the Boulder/Denver area and a strong track record in leadership, strategy, and operations management within community association management or similar sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CAM license preferred and licensed where required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and guidance to division employees, including technical direction and customer service emphasis.
• Holds regular meetings to disseminate information and follow up on issues.
• Recruit, select, train and manage division staff performance.
• Support division operations and leverage resources from Sentry.
• Set strategic direction and monitor progress toward sales and expense goals.
• Review monthly reports to identify trends and ensure policy adherence.
• Assist with client requests and ensure smooth transitions for clients.
