• Maintain accurate data entry in logs for owner inquiries.
• Facilitate discussions with owners to identify issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain owner name, address and tax identification records.
• Ensure timely resolution of all owner inquiries.
• Collaborate with analysts and other departments to resolve concerns.
• Support Escheat process as needed.
