Embark is seeking a proactive Division Order Technician to support its Land Administration functions related to owner inquiries and discrepancies. This role reports to the Land Director within the Land department and focuses on timely, accurate data handling and cross‑functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in owner relations or customer service, strong communication, and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to multi‑task and adapt to new processes.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate data entry into company logs to track inquiries.
• Facilitate discussions with owners to determine issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain owner name, address and tax ID records.
• Ensure all owner inquiries are addressed and resolved promptly.
• Collaborate across departments to address and resolve owner concerns.
• Research and resolve issues related to owners with missing or incorrect addresses.
• Assist with the Escheat Process.
