Expand Energy Corporation in Houston is seeking a senior Division Orders Analyst to review and process land documents, handle owner inquiries, and resolve ownership discrepancies based on title documents.

You will prepare burden spreadsheets, calculate interests, respond to requests from owners, attorneys, and partners, and coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate ownership records.

Formación

• 5 years of related work experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze agreements, assignments, pooling orders, farmouts, AMIs, survey plats, payments, leases, contracts, ownership reports and title documents.
• Respond to owner inquiries and resolve ownership issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain log of ownership transfers.
• Prepare Division Orders and burden spreadsheets and analyze title documents.
• Calculate owner interests and review title curative and decimal discrepancies.
• Prepare burden spreadsheets, analyze title requirements, and resolve title defects.
• Interface with owners, attorneys, and accounting to obtain data and explanations.
• Prepare deal sheets and compute interests for all owners in new wells.
• Resolve complex ownership and decimal discrepancies and approve revisions.
