Job summary

Stronghold Investment Management is seeking a Division Order Analyst to join the Land team in Dallas. You will ensure ownership and revenue interests across the oil and gas portfolio are accurate, documented, and properly administered.

You’ll handle setup, maintenance, and reconciliation of division orders, title opinions, and ownership reports while working with Land, Title, Legal, Accounting, and Data Operations to maintain data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in division order analysis, land administration, or related oil and gas function.
• Strong oil and gas ownership knowledge across mineral, royalty, overriding royalty, and working interests.
• Ability to read deeds, leases, title opinions, pooling agreements and related documents.
• Experience calculating and reconciling revenue decimal interests with accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines with precision.
• Clear written and verbal communication with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the division order process from intake through completion.
• Calculate, verify, and maintain revenue and royalty decimal interests.
• Set up assets accurately in internal systems and reflect ownership in operator systems.
• Research and resolve ownership and revenue discrepancies.
• Maintain current ownership, lease, well, and unit records with curative tracking.
• Collaborate with Land, Title, and Legal on curative requirements and post-closing obligations.
• Support revenue reconciliation and investigate variances with Accounting.
• Prepare reports on ownership changes and outstanding revenue issues.
