Riley Permian in Oklahoma City is seeking a Division Order Technician to support the Land department with title ownership records, data entry, and owner inquiries. You will review documents, process routine conveyances, and escalate complex issues while ensuring accurate maintenance of records.

The role involves assisting with workflow, reporting, and special projects, and collaborating with Land, Revenue Accounting, and other teams to resolve ownership discrepancies and ensure timely

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of division order experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Supports establishment and maintenance of divisions of interest for revenue distribution.
• Processes routine pay code changes and ownership transfers per procedures.
• Assists with workflow, reporting, and special projects for the Division Order team.
• Researches and responds to routine inquiries from interest owners; escalates complex matters.
• Works with Land, Revenue Accounting, and other disciplines to maintain records.
