Job summary

Riley Exploration Permian, Inc. in Oklahoma City seeks a Division Order Technician to provide administrative, data entry, document review, and owner relations support for the Land department.

This role ensures accurate and timely maintenance of record title ownership and supports the Division Order Manager and analysts with ownership updates and basic conveyances. You will identify discrepancies, research routine issues, and escalate matters requiring ownership interpretation or greater

Qualifications

• Experience in division order processes and ownership updates.
• Ability to research and escalate ownership issues.
• Strong communication with owners via calls and emails.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports establishment and maintenance of divisions of interest for revenue distribution and joint interest billing.
• Processes routine pay code changes and ownership transfers in accordance with established procedures.
• Assists the Division Order Manager and Analysts with workflow, reporting, and special projects.
• Researches and responds to routine inquiries from interest owners in a timely manner; escalates complex matters as appropriate.
• Works closely with Land, Revenue Accounting, and other disciplines within the company.
• Maintains working knowledge of escheat requirements for the states in which Riley operates and supports related recordkeeping.
• Other duties as requested or required.
