Job summary

Endatus LLC, an Oklahoma-based oil & gas land services firm, seeks an experienced Division Order Analyst to maintain accurate ownership records, process owner requests, and review division order inquiries. The role focuses on precise title analysis, ownership administration, and compliance with royalty payments and related regulations.

The position involves collaborating with Land, Accounting, and client teams, handling transfers and updates, and supporting data cleanup and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Division Order Analyst or closely related land/division order role.
• Strong ability to interpret complex title documents and perform accurate decimal/interest calculations.
• Knowledge of oil and gas ownership concepts and contractual obligations.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently under deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Familiarity with OK/TX/LA/NM regulatory environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret division order title opinions, oil and gas leases, deeds, assignments, probate records, conveyances, joint operating agreements, and related documents to determine record title and contractual ownership.
• Prepare, issue, and process division orders and transfer orders; manage ownership transfers and updates.
• Resolve ownership discrepancies, title defects, suspense items, decimal issues, and owner inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support acquisitions and divestitures by performing necessary division order setup, analysis, and records integration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state statutes and company policies related to royalty payments, escheat, and ownership reporting.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper records; coordinate with Land, Accounting, and other internal teams as well as external owners and partners.
• Assist with data cleanup, special projects, and process improvements.
