Job summary

Socket.dev in North Carolina is seeking an Assistant Division Manager to support daily accounting and operations at the division level. You will help drive revenue growth, develop staff, and supervise all division functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• 5 Years of Management or Supervisory work experience.
• Ability to multi task.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills to include Excel and Word.
• Strong Oral and Written communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills and build teams.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• CDL license and DOT Medical Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting and operational procedures at a division.
• Assist in growing and developing the division's revenue.
• Help supervise division staff and be the end of the line manager for all functions at the division level.
• Build rapport and interact with employees, businesses, and municipal staff.
• Meet, analyze, and discuss matters with the Division Manager.
• Oversee recruitment efforts in coordination with local HR team.
• Develop and review budgets and yearly projections; identify cost savings.
• Identify and implement process and control improvements.
• Maintain relationships with municipal staff and develop new relationships for growth.
