Qualifications

• College degree in business or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in multi-unit operations preferred.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs 12–18 centers within the division, coaching managers and driving performance.
• Oversees P&L, budgeting, expenses, and profitability optimization.
• Maintains cash controls and security procedures aligned with standards.
• Develops and executes center business reviews and regional compliance actions.
• Leads recruitment, training, and staff development across centers.
• Oversees collections and credit procedures per policy.
• Extensive travel within the division to support operations.
