Purpose Financial/Advance America. seeks a Director of Operations to oversee 12–18 centers within the division, coaching managers, driving performance and controlling expenses while aligning with company goals.

You will lead recruitment, training, and staff development, manage P&L, and implement compliance and loss prevention standards across multiple locations. Extensive travel is required to visit centers and ensure consistent execution of strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-unit operations.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Eligible to work in the USA and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L. Set financial goals for centers.
• Maintain cash controls and security procedures.
• Review and act on center business reviews and regional compliance.
• Oversee expansion of new centers and products/services.
