Purpose Financial/Advance America is seeking a Center Sales Manager to lead a customer-facing team in our Ohio market. You will build relationships, promote financial products, and drive center sales and profitability with coaching and development of staff.

The role requires strong customer service experience, P&L awareness, and ability to manage delinquent accounts while ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a performance-driven, full-time position located in a center with in-person customer

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Two years’ experience in sales/retail/banking/collections and managing, coaching, and developing a team preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with customers in person, in the market and over the phone.
• Monitor and measure customer satisfaction.
• Lead on delinquent account case management.
• Understand, recommend, and sell financial products and services to customers.
• Hold team members accountable to center goals; train and coach on sales techniques.
• Educate new customers on product offerings and benefits; cross-sell core products.
• Develop and execute the center's local marketing strategy; manage Four Walls and external marketing.
• Oversee center operations: manage P&L, budgets, and performance targets.
• Instruct and ensure team members are trained and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate customer files.
• Direct the collections process for past-due accounts and negotiate repayment terms.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, and developing staff.
• Motivate and develop the center team to meet company goals.
