Purpose Financial/Advance America is seeking a Center Sales Manager in Wisconsin to lead daily operations, drive revenue, and coach a frontline team to deliver exceptional service. You will oversee training, compliance, and performance, ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting financial products.

You will build sustainable relationships, monitor metrics, and implement marketing strategies to grow the center's profitability, with a strong focus on teamwork and results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service with sales/retail/banking/collections and team coaching preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Building /Customer Experience: Build strong relationships with customers in person and over the phone and monitor satisfaction.
• Product Promoter and Sales Champion: Understand and promote financial products and educate customers on benefits; coach staff on sales techniques.
• Operations: Manage P&L, meet revenue/expense targets, and guide center goals and budgeting.
• Training: Instruct and ensure team members are trained and adhere to company policies.
• Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate customer files.
• Collections Counselor: Direct collection efforts for past-due accounts and advise on repayment terms.
• Human Resources: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing center staff.
• Leadership: Develop team skills, delegate responsibilities, and motivate staff.
