Job summary

Purpose Financial/Advance America seeks an Assistant Center Manager to support the Center Sales Manager in daily operations, ensuring compliant, customer-focused service and sales growth. You will lead staff, handle transactions, and participate in community marketing and collection efforts.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to work Monday–Saturday with travel within the division.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Two years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math with cash handling.
• Knowledge of financial products and sales processes.
