Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales-focused team in a financial services setting.

• Strong knowledge of branch operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations, drive goals and profitability with guidance from the Division Director.
• Provide coaching, training and development to branch staff.
• Manage financial goals, review performance, and identify opportunities to improve profit margins.
• Maintain company appearance standards and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Develop relationships with customers and community to grow branch results.
• Oversee pipeline for delinquent accounts and customer experience initiatives.
• Collaborate with Division Director to build a strong, future‑facing branch.
