Qualifications

• College degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of business operations in a multi-site environment, with a minimum of 3–5 years of related leadership experience, including managing multiple locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to coach and develop others; strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ADO/DO, Branch Sales Managers, and Business Development Managers to allocate team resources focused on operational excellence, customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure divisional campaigns are updated and aligned with business needs.
• Provide guidance and planning to Branch Sales Managers to ensure branch-level coaching and follow-up are scheduled and executed.
• Monitor performance and initiate actions to strengthen results across branches.
• Manage financial goals through planning, goal setting, and P&L oversight; use analytics to improve profitability.
• Prepare findings reports for divisional leadership and aggregate findings for ADO/DO.
• Identify and elevate gaps in operational performance, compliance, and sales competency.
• Translate divisional goals into branch and team objectives; assess locations for future expansion.
