Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Division Sales Engineer to support the sales force on Motor Control Center project negotiations, with pricing authority within defined bands.

The role requires interpreting project plans, configuring products, preparing proposals, forecasting, and coordinating with Field Sales to maximize price realization. Travel as needed to meet customers and participate in company projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 1+ years of experience in electrical industry.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed orders volume and price objectives by product line and market segment as determined by manager.
• Review customer needs and specifications to determine minimum BOM, most competitive price, and shipment cycle.
• Recommend modifications to BOM to meet customer specification and improve Eaton’s position.
• Facilitate order entry with EatonCare and Front-End personnel; reconcile orders and pricing as required.
• Report new product requirements, track negotiations, and forecast market trends.
