Eaton Corporation in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Division Sales Engineer, Aftermarket Business to join our team in a hybrid role. You will support Motor Control Center project negotiations, pricing strategy, technical application support, and sales growth activities across assigned regions.

This role offers relocation assistance for candidates outside a 50-mile radius and requires collaborating with Field Sales and Front-End teams to ensure profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Institution.
• Minimum 1 year of product and technical knowledge of distribution and/or control equipment applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Support sales force on Motor Control Center project negotiations. Interpretation of project plans and specifications, product application, configuration of product, technical support, proposal preparation, lead time information, review of project terms and conditions and pricing authority to price bands as determined by manager.
• Meet or exceed orders volume and price objectives by product line and market segment as determined by manager in accordance with historical performance and available market data for assigned region(s).
• Review customer needs and specifications to determine the minimum bill of material, most competitive price level, and shipment cycle within the market segment for each negotiation.
• Facilitate order entry with EatonCare and Front-End personnel; order and price reconciliation and other customer requested functions to obtain profitable sales growth of Eaton’s MCCs in assigned regions.
• Report new product requirements, track negotiations, report orders entered and lost, develop accurate monthly forecasts and report market trends.
