Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division seeks a Division Sales Engineer based at our Fayetteville, NC facility. The role focuses on supporting the sales team for Motor Control Center project negotiations, interpreting plans, configuring products, and preparing proposals.

Expect travel as needed, with salary range $86,000 to $126,000 per year. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering with at least 1 year in electrical industry, and must comply with relocation/sponsorship limitations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 1+ years of experience in electrical industry.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
• No relocation benefit; candidate must reside within 50 miles of Fayetteville facility.

Responsibilities

• Support sales force on motor control center project negotiations.
• Interpret project plans and specifications; determine BOM and pricing bands.
• Propose BOM modifications to meet customer specs and improve competitiveness.
• Facilitate order entry, price reconciliation, and related customer service tasks.
• Forecast market trends; report orders, wins, and losses; track negotiations.
