Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple CIE teams across product lines.
• Maintain design standards and collaborate with NPD on new designs.
• Oversee ECO process to ensure ISO compliance and improvements.
• Manage automation systems and drive continuous improvements.
• Resolve design, BOM, and technical questions across divisions.
