Principal Financial Group is seeking a Division Managing Director to join the Large Market Customer Care team. You will oversee a team of senior Relationship Managers responsible for delivering exceptional client experience and strengthening sponsor partnerships.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, 7+ years leading client-facing professionals, deep ERISA knowledge, and proven ability to influence executives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related industry experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, education.
• 7+ years leading senior client-facing professionals in high-complexity environments.
• Deep knowledge of defined contribution plans, ERISA, regulatory frameworks, and recordkeeping operations.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives, consultants, and internal leaders with strong executive presence and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team of senior Relationship Managers delivering exceptional client experience and strengthening plan sponsor partnerships.
• Set the vision for client engagement, coach and develop high-performing RMs, and partner cross-functionally to ensure retention, profitability, and risk mitigation across Principal’s largest institutional clients.
• Serve as an instrumental leader representing the department in key business initiatives to drive better outcomes for Principal’s clients and their participants.
