Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Operations Management experience.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing 40+ personnel.
• Experience with hybrid IT environments and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all O&M functional areas.
• Oversee Critical Incident Management and operations.
• Develop workforce strategy to ensure operational resilience.
