• Experience managing IT O&M, ITIL-based service management, SLA performance, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT O&M execution ensuring service performance and issue resolution.
• Coordinate operations, engineering, cybersecurity, and service management teams.
• Support ITIL-aligned ITSM processes for incident and request management.
