Job summary
NANA Regional Corporation seeks a Program/Contract Manager to lead DHA Network Engineers and Specialists Support. You will oversee enterprise IT operations, transition to integrated EITSI support, contract execution, staffing, reporting, and risk management in alignment with DoD cybersecurity and privacy requirements.
The role requires DoD Secret clearance, a strong background in IT operations, and multi-site federal program leadership.
Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent senior operational leadership experience.
- 10+ years IT operations, network ops, or program/contract management, including 5+ years leading multi-site federal/DoD teams.
- Experience managing LAN/WLAN/WAN sustainment and distributed IT support.
- Knowledge of DoD/DHA cybersecurity, RMF/ATO, STIG/IAVA, CUI/PHI handling, HIPAA.
Responsibilities
- Interface with CO, COR, and DHA stakeholders as the program manager.
- Lead transition-in efforts, staffing ramp, CAC/GFE coordination, onboarding, and readiness to meet performance requirements.
- Manage distributed services balancing governance, remote triage, on-site support, and SLA adherence.
- Oversee staffing across CONUS/OCONUS locations and continuity during turnover or emergencies.
- Oversee quality control, monthly reporting, and compliance with RMF/ATO and privacy requirements.
