Job summary

ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is seeking a motivated manager to oversee cleaning operations at assigned facilities in Mississippi. You will lead a team, ensure quality service, and maintain customer relations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budget adherence, and coordinating with building contacts to meet expectations. Prior experience in janitorial services is a plus, with evening and weekend work required as needed.

• Schedule work times to stay within budget and staffing guidelines.
• Meet regularly with building staff and customers to review needs and progress.
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and vehicles are maintained and available.
• Develop positive relationships with building contacts and look for service improvements.
