Responsibilities

Manage and work alongside cleaning crew members during scheduled shifts at commercial cleaning sites.
Perform hands-on cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, trash disposal, floor scrubbing, and forklift operations.
Ensure quality control by inspecting completed work.
Train and guide team members on cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and safety protocols.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding site-specific needs, concerns, or special requests.
Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, reporting shortages or maintenance needs as needed.
Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA standards.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and operational requirements.
