ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson (Jackson, MS) is seeking a Division Manager for our Richland-based operations. This full-time role leads daily division activities, guides a team of cleaning staff, and ensures delivery of high-quality cleaning services to multiple commercial accounts.

You will recruit and train staff, perform quality inspections, manage client relationships, schedule crews, and monitor inventory and budgets.

Qualifications

Prior experience in facilities management or related service industry.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience managing teams.
Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Proficiency in basic computer applications for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned division within the commercial cleaning service area.
Recruit, train, and manage frontline cleaning staff to ensure high performance and retention.
Conduct quality control inspections at client sites to maintain ServiceMaster standards.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Schedule and coordinate cleaning crews across multiple commercial accounts.
Monitor supply inventory and equipment maintenance for the division.
Track and report on key performance metrics, productivity, and budget compliance.
