Job summary

Centuri Group is seeking a Division Manager for Linetec Services to lead field crews, oversee project execution, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery across outdoor electrical construction sites. You will supervise labor, coordinate assignments, manage schedules and budgets, and uphold company training and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in electrical services, proven leadership, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to interpret plans and codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the electrical services industry required.
• Prior experience as an Electrical Services General Foreman or top operational leadership.
• Knowledge and skill in using a computer.
• OSHA Competent Person Certified and OSHA 30 preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to understand plans/blueprints to ensure projects meet all building/code requirements.
• Proven success in meeting critical deadlines under stressful conditions.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and desire to keep crews safe.

Work Environment

• Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions
• All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English
• Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling
• Work is performed within the “red zone” of heavy equipment
• Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination
