Job summary

Centuri Construction Group, Inc., a Linetec Services division, is seeking a Division Manager to lead crews and deliver electrical service projects. You will supervise crew assignments, monitor progress, and ensure safety standards while meeting deadlines and budgets.

The role requires a high school diploma, 7+ years in electrical services, and leadership experience. Strong planning, communication skills, and OSHA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the electrical services industry.
• Prior experience as an Electrical Services General Foreman or top operational leadership.
• Ability to read plans/blueprints to ensure building/code compliance.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.
• OSHA competent person certified and OSHA 30 preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct labor usage and supervise all crew assignments.
• Monitor projects to meet deadlines and budget.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and progress paperwork.
• Manage work sequences to satisfy construction schedules.
• Meet customer expectations daily and overall.
• Resolve crew complaints and grievances.
• Enforce safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Complete required training including safety.
• Perform admin and lineman duties as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities from leadership.

At Linetec our Division Manager provides leadership and direction to assigned crews. You will be accountable for all aspects of each project to which your crews are assigned.

What You'll Do

• Direct labor usage and coordinate and supervise all crew assignments
• Monitor job projects and ensure completion within deadlines and to budget expectations
• Ensure complete and accurate timekeeping and paperwork on job progress & costs
• Manage work sequences to meet construction schedules
• Meet customer expectations in both daily and overall needs
• Resolve complaints and grievances within the workforce
• Enforce Linetec Services safety, quality and performance standards
• Complete required company training, including safety training
• Perform Administrative and Lineman duties as required
• Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership

What You'll Have

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the electrical services industry required
• Prior experience as an Electrical Services General Foreman or top operational leadership
• Knowledge and skill in using a computer
• OSHA Competent Person Certified and OSHA 30 preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to understand plans/blueprints to ensure projects meet all building/code requirements
• Proven success in meeting critical deadlines under stressful conditions
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and desire to keep crews safe

Work Environment

• Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions
• All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English
• Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling
• Work is performed within the “red zone” of heavy equipment
• Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination
